The Impact of Choosing Life

Convenience is a priority like ordering take-out after a long day. We are told that 1 in 4 mothers-to-be will not choose life. But unlike a meal, this decision will forever have an impact. What has driven so many women to reach this decision? Why do feelings of inadequacy cast a shadow on parenthood? The womb should be the safest place in the world, but sadly it has become the deadliest. Why is this happening? The joy of motherhood has been aborted. This high calling now has shame associated with it whether a mom is unwed, married, rich or poor. It seems that no circumstances are ideal for bringing children into a world. Even a married couple can expect eye rolling for getting pregnant too soon, not spacing the children enough or having more than two.
